Rodo Linea increases its line of Dumpers

New model is focused on activities related to the segment of mining, standing out for the safety and high mechanical resistance structure

Rodo Linea has just made available to the market of implements one more model in its line of dumpers on chassis, focused on the segment of mining. According to Rodo Linea's engineering manager Sérgio Corrêa, the company is increasing the production of dumpers to attend the market demand.

The product was developed with structural steel checking resistance and quality, ideal to support the most severe operations demanded in this segment. The model "meia cana", with lateral grooves, provides more resistance to the load box and also allows a perfect drainage of the transported product. Besides, the grooved laterals reinforced by columns in the articulation provide more stability and safety in the operation.

Another characteristic of the dumper is the easiness and safety in the opening of the back cover due to the "scissors" opening system. Rodo Linea's engineering manager highlights that this model of cover, mechanically activated with chains was structured with columns and horizontal profiles sized for the most rigorous applications. "That cover guarantees the simultaneous opening at the beginning of the operation of the dumper, this model also avoids the involuntary opening of the cover, due to its lock system", Corrêa explains.

The new truck has volumetric capacity of 12 to 18 m³. In this same line, Rodo Linea also manufactures the semi-trailer dumper with possibility of 22 to 60 m³.
