

Perspectives for 2009 will be discussed in Rodo Linea's convention
On March 19 to 20, Rodo Linea, a road implements company belonging to Hübner Group, will accomplish its Annual Sales Convention in Curitiba.
About 80 people, including salesmen, dealers of the external market, employees of engineering, production, sales and aftermarket, as well as managers and directors, will evaluate the actions developed in 2008 and analyze the macroeconomic scenery and the market perspectives of the segment for 2009.
According to Fernando Real, sales manager of Rodo Linea, the objective of the event is to strengthen the relationship between the factory and the sales network. He says that "the sales force will be qualified and guided to face the challenges that the new market reality requests".
It is an opportunity to introduce the participants to the new sales structure, the improvements in products and production processes, the investments accomplished in the factory, the release of new products, the goals for 2009 and the actions for strengthening the relationship with the customers.
He explains that "it's important to have this synergy. It's an exchange of experiences that will make us learn with the past to get more and more developed to keep growing".
During the event there will be also the release of the 2009 Sales Campaign, the 2008 sale champions award, qualification trainings for the salesmen and technical visit to Rodo Linea's factory.
